Hey, I have this really big sectional. Can I bring it down?

Always call first! We might not have room! We’d hate to have you take it apart, call all your friends to help carry it out of the house, onto a trailer and get down here … and no room!

Hey, I have this really big sectional. Do you have people to help unload my stuff?

Bring your friends! Unfortunately we cannot guarantee we would be able to help.

What is the consignment fee or percentage? (See Contract for more information)

25%. We write you a check for 75% of the “sold for” price. You determine a starting price and a minimum price. We negotiate with the buyer between those points.

When do I get my money?

You should get your check with 7-10 business days after we sell your item.

What items are slow to sell?

Artwork, collectibles, medical goods, built in appliances like stoves, dishwashers and microwaves, leftover goods from a construction project, or the old bits from remodeling your kitchen or bath.

When can I deliver my item(s) for sale?

You may deliver merchandise for sale anytime Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 3pm.

My item is really big! How do I get it inside the store?

All merchandise to be consigned must fit through our front door. Any item brought in unassembled must be assembled by you within 48 hours of delivery. Your failure to reassemble the item within that time will mean you automatically forfeit the item.

I have to reassemble my stuff. Do you have tools?

No. Bring everything you need to do the job.

What if my item doesn’t sell?

You have 3 options:

Option 1: Clearance Price the item. Clearance Pricing is always 1/2 (half) of your minimum asking price. If the item doesn’t sell in 2 weeks at Clearance Price we move automatically into Option 2 or Option 3.

Option 2: Pickup the item in 48 hours. If you don’t pickup the item within 48 hours, you forfeit the item.

Option 3: Forfeit the item.

We start out with your starting & minimum asking price at the beginning of the agreement. If your item doesn’t sell after reaching the minimum asking price in two weeks, we will reach out to you by phone or email or mail and advise you of this fact.

What can't I sell? (Short Answer...see Prohibited Items for more details)

We won’t accept tube-style TVs, old-style entertainment centers, any electronics like old computers or monitors, printers, phone systems, etc.
